Questions about insurance

Will checking my insurance cost anything?

No. Checking your benefits is free, and it doesn't sign you up for treatment.

What do I need to have ready?

Your insurance card. The member ID and the name of your insurance company are on the front. If you're checking for someone else, you'll need their card and date of birth.

Does insurance cover day or evening treatment?

Most major plans cover partial hospitalization (day treatment) and intensive outpatient (evening treatment) when it's medically necessary. We'll tell you what your plan covers before you start.

What if my plan isn't listed?

Send your details anyway or call us. The list above isn't complete, and we'll tell you honestly what your options are.
